.   Decide together, if and when to hold an open house.If so, advertise it for the next available   
            Sunday.
.   Order signage.
.   Notify prospects who are waiting for a property like this one.
.   Send out post cards announcing the new property to neighborhood.
.   Notify associates and other offices of the listing.
.   Submit to numerous search engines on the internet.and put on my web site Listings page.
   Get as many pictures as allowed in MLS and on the internet.
